MARINATED MUSHROOMS

(good as a side dish or in salads)                1/2 c olive oil

2/3 c balsamic vinegar                               1 1/2 Tbl sugar 

2 cloves garlic, minced                                2 tsp dried tarragon

1 tsp salt                                                    1 tsp dried marjoram

6 drops RICKEy`sLOUISIANA HOT SAUCE

1 bay leaf                                                    1 lb bite-size mushrooms

1 onion, sliced
 
 

METHOD: COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. REFRIGERATE 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.

THE LONGER IT MARINATES, THE BETTER!
